Gluten Intolerance
Gluten-free literally means "without gluten". For many products, the gluten-free diet is not possible in practice.
The standard for "gluten-free" is laid down in the European Regulation EC No. 828/2014 and is less than 20 mg gluten per kg product, referred to as 20 ppm (parts per million). In this is the Codex Alimentarius for gluten-free diet products.
If you want to completely ensure that you are not taking gluten, we recommend that you do not consume RawDiet / RawPancakes.
Many of our customers who may have gluten intolerance eat this product without any problems.
