You can return an order within the scope of the right of withdrawal. (Up to 14 days after receiving)
Return to your Cleanfoods account:
- Log in to your account, https://cleanfoods.eu/customer/account/login/
- Click on the left navigation on ‘Returns’.
- Click on the button with the text 'Request new return'.
- If the order is not older than 30 days, you have the possibility to report the return.
- Select the order number you would like to report for the return and click ‘Continue’.
- Check the products you wish to return.
- Please specify the reason for the return, the condition of the product and the desired solution.
- Then click on ‘Send request’.
You can also provide us with additional information and add an attachment to clarify something.
Our returns department will review the application as soon as possible and send you information for further processing.
Returns without account:
You don't have an account yet? No problem, you can still report a return to us.

- Enter your order number and email address with which the order was placed, and then click on the following
- Check all products you want to return.
- Please specify the reason for the return, the condition of the product and the desired solution.
- Then click send on ‘request’.
