We expect most parcels to be refunded within 10-14 days of reaching us, please note this does not include your bank's processing time. We will email you to let you know once your refund has been processed.
Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.
