Please check the following points:
1) Go to your CleanFoods account > Orders (There you can view the status of the delivery)
2) Check your shipping confirmation email, there you’ll find your track & trace link. Check the status of your package.
3) Did you receive a notification in your mailbox?📫 Your parcel may have been delivered to your neighbors, or the delivery service may have scheduled a new delivery time.
4) If you still did not receive your package, please contact our customer service.
You're expecting a package from us, but it hasn't been delivered yet.😐 Please check the following:
1) Check CleanFoods account
Go to your CleanFoods account > Orders (there you can see the status of the delivery).
2) Check the Track & Trace link
You will find your Track & Trace link in the confirmation email. With this link, you can see if anything has changed in the shipping process.
3) Check your mailbox
Did you receive a notification? 📫 Your package📦 may have been delivered to your neighbors, or the delivery service may have scheduled new delivery time.
4) Check the delivery address
Did you enter the correct delivery address? It may happen that your parcel could not be delivered and was therefore sent back to us again.
5) Customer service
