You’re expecting a package from us, but it hasn’t been delivered yet. Please check the following:
Check the track & trace link of your package
In the shipping confirmation email you’ll find your track & trace link. In this link you can see if something has changed in the shipping process.
Check the delivery address
Did you enter the correct delivery address?
Check your mailbox
Have you received a not-home notification? It could be that the package was delivered to your neighbours, or the delivery service may have planned a new delivery moment.
If you still don’t receive your package despite this, please contact our Customer Service.
