As soon as your order is scanned by the shipping company you should receive an email with the track & trace link.
If you did not get the email, please check the following:
Check your mailbox, maybe it came to your spam box.
Check if you entered the right email address, if you did not receive it, contact our Customer Service, they can give you the track & trace link, or see what’s the reason that you did not get your track & trace link.
